Minor bug

In the help section,if guest is not allowed to view the fourm(when only registered member is allowed),the TinyPortal section in the help section well not be allowed to view either, but you should be allowed to view the help as a guest.

If you put you fourm in registered member only and logout and try to view the help or tinyportal as a guest, you'll know what i mean..

I'm not very clear on what you say, but I think I get the idea. The help section of TP will receive an upgrade before release. I will ad this to the list of things we as a team need to look at.
