Two blocks in one

I'm sorry, I don't know what the actual term is. I think it's 'call' but I'm not sure. I basically would like to create two BBC code blocks, then call them into a PHP/or HTML block. This would be possible?

So like this

Block 3 (beneath inside)

Block 1 - Block 2

Why do you need two block jn one?

It seems like you want to arrange two blocks horizontally in the lower panel?

Please check out the panel settings, and see it the setting: display blocks horizontally does what you want.
