Is there a way That I can convert any SMF theme to a TP theme?
I use SMF 1.1.2 and TP 0.9.8

Yes there is.
If you look in Crips board, you can find a tutorial on how to, just remember that it's a bit diffrent from theme to theme, so it's just a draft basicly.

Also, Crip have converted a LOT of themes already, so if you are lucky, it might just be done by Crip.
