Title: Language pack not working fine!

I've instaled TP 0.8.6  with the italian language pack everything seems working fine except that in the admin section I cannot see anything in the TP menu. (I can see the options only if I run the english language).

Also I don't see the italian translations in the user menu.

Is that normal??
what can I do?
