Updated translations.

There are several strings added, so all except norwegian and english, need to be updated with those. I am attaching them here for anyone to use and possibly update.
- norwegian by bloc - complete
- chinese trad by nightowl - complete +0.73 strings in english
- italian by bradi-posid - complete +0.73 strings in english

aha! Now that I see what files need translations to be done I might be able to get some people to do some languages for us. :) Maybe German and Portuguese. Probably Redneck too. :P

allot of mistakes (for example: articles is not artikels but artikelen :) )
I fixed allot of mistakes and added the missing items.

Rolf, there was..from mplass. Well - at least for 0.6.0 version or even earlier. But I had a failure on my harddrive not so long ago, and unfortunelately some of the old email was lost. :(

wow, that really sounds like a problem lol. I wouldn't know the slightest thing about that. I'm curious if someone else does here. You might want to check over at the SMF forums.

I am afraid I haven't got the time to look into that. Basically you can use a setting in templates to align things accordingly - left or right. Default theme use that setting throughout, while TP templates don't - yet.

Added it for my to-do list.

before i installed Tiny portal it was working well

from right to left but now it is from left to right

This is Vietnamese languages for TinyPortal & Simple Machine Forum, I'm translater and convert it to Vietnamese but some part as admin part has not yes sure convert to Vietnamese right now, I'll translate this part laterÂÃ,  ÂÃ, ;) .

The download works fine for me. Did you try downloading it more than once? I would try to download it with a different browser maybe.

Thats just some TP icons missing from the theme..you need to copy over those from default theme - if you are not using a pre-made TP theme. Basically they are called tp-xxxx.gif.

Hi turkish pages is fake!!.. tp_turkish.zip is English files..

No, its just that the TPadmin.turkish file is not translated.

The one that users see - TPortal.turkish - is indeed translated.

Now i have translated the TP_portal to Swedish language.

Wasent so difficult when i had both the Eng and the Norweegan language to help me out :)

I cant find a way to put the zip file with the Swe language so i mail it both to Bloc and to IchBin and perhaps one of them can put it in here.
I have used it sense yesterday, and it both look good, and the text show where it should be :)

Hi ! Currently "working" on a French translation but I encountered some promblems. In fact, I can't find a way to translate the "guests" and "users" strings in the lowest part of userbox. And some strings in TPAdmin are missing and thus don't show up when using my French package ("statistics" ...). So could you telle me what they are called so I can translate them ?
(And maybe I'll find them all by myself by just looking at other translations)

And, by the way... nice work !

Edit : Found the strings for "Statistics" and "Online Users" remain the problem with the lower userbox

TPortal.english.php doesn't have them? Hmm... I'll take a look and see what I can find.

I just had a look at the Swedish Pack. It seems the English pack available here actually lacks the "Statistics" and "Online Users" strings in TPortalAdmin.english.php as they were not translated by g6cad either. To get them, I had to get the file in TP0.75 release and get the last few lines.
Moreover, the other strings I was talking about are in English even in other languages' packs so I think they can't be translated in the current version (unless I edit the code, but I don't know where to look for).
That's not important, though, but that might interest you.
I'm going to test my translation and look for errors. I'll submit it later.

I will check for any left-over hardcoded strings and get them into language files.

Thanks a lot... I've spotted some more, but I can't list them right nowcause this is not my computer. I remember a "preview" button (in TP Admin Panel, Block Edition), a "send" button, and all the strings on the "New Category" page, which are already in the language file, but not translated.
In fact, maybe I remember them all, actually  :)

Now i have taken down all the language codes from TP 0.75 and translated evey single line from eng to swe.
Both from TP and from SMF default theme, I saw it to that some strings was missing from the translation, and it seemed like the translation were from the TP 0.73 and not for the 0.75 version of TP.

So if anyone want all the language files in SWE from TP 0.75 and SMF 1.1RC1 could just shout out here.

I know that Daniel has translated it before, but i found a lot of wrongs and quite a few "missed" strings that wasent translated to SWE.

I have used this for 4 days in my forum and the only thing i cant find anywhere are the strin for the

"Use the WYSIWYG editor?" Yes/no part, that still show in eng language. The error i get in my error log come only when i have that set to ON and not OFF     error "something ?? line 341.

So if anyone in here can point me to the right place to find this language string (Use the WYSIWYG editor?) i might fix the fault i get from it. 

And i still cant add files to my posts.

If any of u want the translation done by me give a PM and ill mail it to u.

Open the index.templet.php file

serch for the following code

Here is a mod for SMF 1.1 that replaces untranslatable strings in the templates by their equivalent translation strings.
It was made by Garedo, who couldn't post it here... So I made it available to all languages (it was French only) and here it is.
I'll soon post the French files themselves but I need some more time (exams...)
I hope this will be useful. (Don't forget to add the added strings to the modded templates !)

If you look in the TP v.086 thread (translations) if itÂÃ,´s not there, noone have done it in romanian.
If you are up to it, give it a go :)

Download the TP and in the language folder you have 3 TP.english files. Thats the files you have to translate to what language you want :)

eg

I have not been able to install this mod because when active it in English it works well, but as soon as it passage to Spanish gives the error me of the image, and if subi the three archives of the translation and subi a hurls those errors to me the archives:/Themes/default   and a:/Themes/default/languages  but it shows he himself error to me

The languages isent a mod, it's just another language in the language folders.

If you download the language packs, put them in the language folders with the english files.

Upload your spanish language files in to
Themes/default/languages/

The images you have to copy the themes/images/english folder and all the images inside and name the folder to spanish so it look like this
Themes/images/english
Themes/images/spanish

Even if you dont have spanish translated images, you need to have the image files in a spanish folder or you end up with missing images

good already subi the files in:  but n devo to create a folder in: themes/images/Spanish or are: themes/default/images/Spanish because if it is as the second option that folder already exists. .y it has the Spanish archives

You have to copy the /themes/YOUR THEME/images/english in all your themes and make a spanish folder for the images.

Also in some themes you have the language settings file "settings.english.php"   You need to make a copy of that to and name it "settings.spanish.php"

but already I all that have it, the archives and the folders with their archives and to me continue leaving that error, I have in all the subjects the folders of English and Spanish and the archives of the translation and the file â€Ã...“settings.spanish.phpâ€Ã,

It seems from the image you posted that it could have something to do with security settings from your host.
Ask them to change the security or if you can do it by your self from cpanel ?

that security change, the only one that it has is the permissions and estan in 777 because in the Control Panel of hosting there is no option of security

Your server runs in security mode, thats why you get this error.
Contact your host and see if they can help you change it for you

You just upload the language files from the translations here in the same folder in your SMF default theme/languages with the other language files :)

Did you uploaad the TP translation or just the SMF forum one?

Check and see that you have the Tpadmin.romanian.php in your language folder
themes/default/languages/

The file seems small and must be a TP 0.7 translation.

bobby you are rather using TP 0.8.6, so Romanian strings are missing if you translated only the TP 0.7 portion.

In  Languages for TP 0.8.6 (http://www.tinyportal.net/smf/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=cat113;tpstart=0) you will find that language files are 6-8Kb in size.

I don' t know if someone still uses TP 0.7. You can continue translation and upload the files in Translations for TP v0.86 (http://www.tinyportal.net/smf/index.php?topic=2225.0).
