I`ve attatched a file showing this, what i want to do is make the blocks none collapsible, i`ve made sure the tags on the blocks being shown are tagged as do not collapse but they still do so there must be another setting i`m missing.

That's the panels. ;)

TinyPortal Admin > Settings >> Allow the panels to be collapsed? Yes No

Save.
