faq & documentation board question

on the board index, the 'board' that is called FAQ & DOCUMENTATION which is board=85.0

when you click on it why does it look like a webpage and not an smf board and is that  some kind of TP option or did someone code it to make it look like that, and if so can a coding moron like me do it too ?

The documentation board are using the Wiki theme layout, Bloc wanted to have the documentation that way and it is much cleaner. Also, it's not suppose to be like the forum board, it's for documentation and there for it should have a very clean and easy look at it

Yep. Its actually a hybrid between the main theme BZ11 and the "wiki like" theme Wikistyle.
