three errors with shout

I have three errors re accruing over and over in the error log

You have TP twice. I don't know that it would be the source of your problem, but it's probably not a good idea. I'm also not sure how to only get rid of one of them.

ok i removed one of them but now i get a 3 new error

If it was me, I'd create a new database and do a separate install. I would add in each mod, starting with TP, and then see when the errors start to happen.

I can just about guarantee that neither one of those files are the source of the problem, without looking at them at all.

the errors seem to be generated from missing or faulty language strings.
And im not sure it's even TP Shoutbox that gives you the errors. Go through your other mods and make sure all the language strings are up to day for them and that they are added correctly to the modifications.yourlanguage.php .
if you dont know how to check, look inside the modifications.english.php and copy the strings from there to your own language file and translate the strings.

OK i think ifix the language files but have a new error i did upgrade to 1.10 which is what i think was causing the first problem but got a new error
