Title: What FTP Client?
Post by: lurkalot on March 02, 2019, 02:47:54 PM
Curious as to what FTP client you all use at the moment.

I started using FileZilla a few years ago, and have stuck with it since. I know there has been reports of it messing with attachments etc, when you have it set incorrectly, but it's been great for me.

What do you use?

I like the backup idea, wonder if any of the others offer that feature?

For backups I generally like to do tar/zip/rar all the sites files.
Then download that via ftp.

CuteFtp can schedule downloads. I was not aware of that but I just tried it.
