Title: helping me with right to left align with RC3 and tiny

hello i wnat some help on how to align my forum to right to left (arabic languge)

after i installed tp EVERY THING GOES LEFT TO RIGH

its in arabic lang with tp and its so ok .. i had working on this almoist 4 hours and no soulition
