Make tinyportal w3c validated...

From what I've seen tinyportal brings out at least 20 errors when I validate it at the w3c validator.

maybe in the next version you can neaten up the script or something :3?

We are still beta naga. IMO, there's no use in trying to validate at this point when there's so many things to be added. But it is for sure on the list of todo's.
