how can i make user online no scrolling after 15 user.
Can i make my own number like after 20 user online the scrolling will appear.

Try this... I can't test it as I'm at work.

In  Themes/default/TPortalBlocks.template.php

Find:

And change: $online['num_users']>14 ? to a number of choice.
