You could alos try to switch from english-utf8 to english and see if that works.It did for me. thumbsup!

That has been mentioned a few times in this thread

as shadow queen was saying most more than likely its your language files.  You either have to have your forum language set to english not english utf  or download the english utf files for tp from the link she provided above
