Shoutbox Padding does not work

I have the problem that padding does not work with the shoutbox. But it works for all other boxes.

In the meantime I have found the bug. All boxes have class block_rightcontainer except the shoutbox. The shoutbox has windowbg. I just have to find out where to change this.

Does anyone know where the template for the shoutbox is located?
