Computer madness

Seriously thought my laptop PC was dying or something this morning.  It was doing the craziest things.  Instead of scrolling the browser pages with the mouse wheel everything was resizing instead.  Trying to type resulted in various windows popping up instead.  Clicked back to the desktop and moved the mouse wheel all my icons expanded or shrunk.

Restarted it, and still the same.  Seriously though it either had a virus, or some electronic failure was taking place.

Turns out after a bit (lot) of head scratching the Ctrl key had got jammed down. 

My screen is an absolute mess now, icons all over the place.

Les, I'm sure it's caught many people out.  I'm normally pretty good at spotting things like this, but this time I just didn't twig at all. 

Only just sorted out my desktop after the last episode, where I wiped my hand across the touch pad, and the screen turned sideways.  lol..  It's a complete nightmare to navigate around like that to get to the various settings. I've done this three times so far. lol..
