Hi everyone and thanks for being a member on Tinyportal.

I have searched the forum for this question but havn´t found the answer. I am prob blind but.. :)

Question:
If we uninstall TP 1.2 and install newest TP 2.0.1., do we need to re-make all blocks and settings manually to make our frontpage similar to as it is today?
Or does the uninstall save some kind of settings that 2.0.1 can use?

I would back up your data first, but you should be able to go straight to 2.0.1 and all your data will remain.

Just make sure you do NOT select the option "Remove all data associated with this modification" when you uninstall version 1.2

Your tinyportal settings (such as blocks, settings categories and articles) will be kept...
