Problem uploading files to the download section.

TinyPortal v0.9.8 

No matter what size I set the file size limit to, I can't upload files larger than about 7 meg, any ideas as to why this might be?

If I uplaod the file manually it's fine, I can then associate it in the download section, but it's a pain that way.

most servers are configured by default for Max upload sizes of 8 MB

in order to correct this you must change your php.ini file
