Ok I fixed it... Here's what I did..

Downlaod the MySQL Administrator tool from MySQL.com.
Connect to SQL sever with it..
Go to StartUp Variables -> General Parameters -> Set Default Storage to MyIsam
then go to Advanced -> Check use ANSI SQL

Restart the MySQL Server, Works.
