No worries. Like I said, it's not a huge deal. Thanks for the replies.

Strange indeed.  I just installed and enabled the ST Shop mod and the blocks still toggle on/off just fine.

Hmm. I use TP on another site as well (EvolvedOnes.net) and the buttons don't work on that one either. I tried using the default theme, and with Chrome. They do not work on any of the above.

I'm stumped. It's not really that big of a deal, just another couple of steps to activate/deactivate the blocks.

*edit. The only mod common between the two sites is ST Shop..

I have a couple of test sites still running SMF 2.1.6 TP 3.0.2 and they toggle on/off without issue.

Like @rjen suggested test with the default theme. And try with a different browser just in case Firefox is doing silly stuff again.

Just tested the function on TP 3.0.3 on 2.1.6 with Lunarfall and with Curve and in both themes the toggles work from the block list screen.

Have you tested with the default theme as well?

SMF version: SMF 2.1.6

Theme name and version: Lunarfall
Browser Name and Version: Firefox
Mods installed: Gallery, Shop
Related Error messages: No error

Hello. I've got a forum for an Undernet IRC channel. As well as being a place for chatters to hang out, it also serves to advertise for the channel's Icecast radio station (SouthBay Radio). There is usually a different DJ on air each night and they each have a banner. The banners are coded in TP blocks that have to be turned on for each DJ. See the attached, each block has an activate button. But the buttons don't work. In order to activate the blocks I have to use the edit button and toggle them on/off, and then save. Is this a bug or maybe a problem with a mod causing this?

Thanks.

Providing you're running PHP 8.0 I think or greater this should silence the error.

$xml = simplexml_load_string($data) ?? '';
That's two single quotes.

Its data is an empty string so nothing was returned.

I can do that. I can't figure out the conditions that are causing it as far as a pattern. Now the same errors for a different feedburner feed started showing up in smaller numbers on another forum I upgraded from 2.0... to now 2.1.6. The errors go away for a while after I disable and re-enable the RSS feeds. I will create a new block and see what happens. Thanks

I'm just running testing that rss feed on one of my test sites, no errors yet though.  I take the errors only start after a period of time or when certain conditions are met?

Because of the various upgrades your site has gone through, I wonder if it's worth you creating a new rss block and turning the old one off for a while and see what happens.
