This is an updated version of the scrolling recent posts block. It's cross browser compliant. With IE, Mozilla, and Netscape.

This doesn't really look like code I would put in a block, looks more like a mod of some kind.  What kind of block do I put this in, PHP, script, or what?

Just read the instructions I'v been as thorough as possible. This block requires some editing of files to make it work, and is a bit more than copy and paste. But it's the best I could do.

I understand what you are saying but is there not a way we could just do this in a php block or something like that without having to edit the code, so that it would work as a block in any theme?  Thurnok, where are you when I need you? ;D
