Downloads Manager Help

I've got smf 1.1.2 and tp_097 installed. I think I understand how to  upgrade to 1.14 but I don't know what option to select in my  Package Manager which reads:

4. TinyPortal 0.983   [ Uninstall ] [ List Files ] [ Delete ]
