Hi:
I am still trying to learn TP 1.6.3. before updating...
Is there a setting so the same blocks I collapsed, will stay collapsed when revisiting the site?

Michael
Hi. Is this happening on mobile or desktop? What browser are you using, and does it accept cookies?
I think the panel settings are stored in cookies, individual blocks I doubt it...
Oh, thanks @lurkalot, you pointed me to the right idea.... it was a browser setting thing. Working smoothly!
@rjen:yes, blocks can be individually be collapsed inside a panel. And really they are restored at revisit, if cookies are enabled!

Good, I personally do not use the collapse options a lot...

Think the only time I use them is for example, a block that I don't want to see as admin, but I want everyone else to see it. Like a temporary announcement.
I collapse the block then set it to, "Do not allow block to collapse". For your members it will stay expanded, and they can't collapse it, but it'll stay collapsed for me.
IMHO the collapsing is a very useful option for the user.
E.g. this will be a web site for club members and each one has a different area of interest. So (if cookies are allowed) he or she can collapse the chapters of NON interest and only see the interesting issues at start-up. This can be helpful on small screens and reduce the navigating through menues in order to find the relevant issues.
At least that was my thinking ;-)
