Error I can't fix

My site seems to be having some problems. I've reinstalled SMF and TP. And here's the error I'm getting ATM.

Ok, well after many reinstalls and file changing I cannot continue to us TP on my live site until I figure out what is going on. SMF works fine without it. After installing TP it seems to be fine for a bit. Then all of a sudden it just freeks out and it will not work. The error had something to do with sessionOpen and it had something to do with line 753 in tportal.php which is the END of that file where it closes php ?>. It also pointed to load.php at line 1153.

My machine specs:

Pent III 600 mhz.
512 RAM
OS = TinySofa Linux
Apache 2.0.52
PHP 4.3.10
Mysql 4.0.21
SMF 1.0.2

Did you use any php code in the blocks...?

Update: I think I found what might have been causing my problem, although I don't know why it would cause TP to error.
The hard drive is full on my server. At first I had a database error with a pid file that disappeared. I'll let you know once I change the hard drive out with a bigger one if I have the same problem.

I did have phpcode in a block when I first installed .5 beta. But I took it out because of the load it put on the page load. I had it out for a couple of days.
