What is it with the FEB 23 date on the front page of TP?

For the last few visits TP front page says FEB 23 on the left of Welcome.

Is this the lauchn date of TP 1.0?  >:D

It lacks the year lol, its feb 23 - 2007. :) I need to add/fix that. Or did you mean creation date is wrong? for thats what it is, creation date. Since any featured article stays up first, it will have a earlier date of course.
