club membership

I am using TP/SMF for a car club webpage. We started as an offline club and then added the forum later. I am now looking into using the web to not just have the forum and portal but also to manage our members.

So far I have found some mods for SMF to allow me to use paypal and similar to collect money either as donations or to gain access to some parts of the web. However that is not quite what I want and I also don't necessarily need to use SMF/TP.

My question is, does anyone know of a good package, preferably open source, that deals with membership for clubs. It needs to collect address information, status (and remind when a member is due to renew) and information on the member and their car plus give me reports on all of that?

Needless to say, the less it costs, the better.
