translations for TinyPortal 0.7.x

Updated translations.

There are several strings added, so all except norwegian and english, need to be updated with those. I am attaching them here for anyone to use and possibly update.
- norwegian by bloc - complete
- chinese trad by nightowl - complete +0.73 strings in english
- italian by bradi-posid - complete +0.73 strings in english

update:
- dutch language by core - complete
- turkish language by tapoem - complete
- spanish by juan - complete
- german by Klozi - complete [link]
- portuguese by kamikaze38 - complete
- swedish by g6cad

aha! Now that I see what files need translations to be done I might be able to get some people to do some languages for us. Maybe German and Portuguese. Probably Redneck too.

Great! I had mplass doing german..but I seem to have misplaced the files he sent in mail .

Hiya,

took a look at the dutch lang file..
allot of mistakes (for example: articles is not artikels but artikelen )
I fixed allot of mistakes and added the missing items.

anyhow here ya go!

I have attempted to tackle the redneck translations.   I have done TPmodules.redneck.php and
TPortal.redneck.php

Putting what people do there will be too much i think..thats really what action=who is for.

I will update the language you attached. I wasn't sure if you were finished with it or not.
