Thanks for looking into this. It's good to know that it's not just me, but too bad that it's not an easy fix. Is there a place where I can submit an official bug report? Do you know how long it might take for something like this to be fixed?

The team will take a look in here soon for sure. 

Hopefully they will come up with a solution to the problem ASAP.  You never know it might be an easy fix.

just a note on this ..
do not use any of the editor's .. I only use raw HTML and things align better for some reason ?

This is my setup assign to Cat's / Frontpage / all Panels .. this can be on DLmanager as well.
....if i'm wrong I apologize. .. can be turn-off on the fly as well ..

OB, I have been getting the team to check my test site for the problem, they agree there is some very ugly rendering issues.   It has now been reported in the Bug tracker.

We'll just have to wait and see what they come up with now I'm afraid.    I'll keep you posted with any news on this.
