When someone shouts why the whole page gets refresh? ? ?

Only ShoutBox should gets refreshes.......

Yes. Its not a chatbox, so I see no reason why it has to act like one.

is there no salutation to make it a user friendly shoutbox....

Like talkbox, ajaxchat or SimplePortal's ShoutBox ? ? ?

I am not sure i follow you..but ajax feature is not planned right now - for the reason I made above.
