[TP1.05]Admin Clicking "Write PHP Article" Gives Error

TP1.04 Uninstalled, TP1.05 Installed in its place. Using SMF 1.1.11. No other packages installed.

If you click on the "Write PHP Article" in the User block it gives you the following error...

Sorry, you are not allowed to view this article. 


This happens for "Write HTML Article" too! Now considering I'm logged in as the admin I should have ALL permissions.

Also, when I create a user who has the permissions set to write an article (both PHP and HTML) the options don't appear in the User block for that user.
