I gave you the answer in your other topic about the same question.
Please keep the same questions to one topic, it will be hard for us to keep track of the support if you crosspost.  ;)

But this is my FIRST topic at all in ur forum!
So about which topic are you talking abt!?

If there was another user having the same problem.. ok.. then I might havent read that topic.

G6Cad

Incredible, i thought both of them were yours haha, sorry about that, not everyday you get the same question right after one and other.
Anyway, the answer is that we cannot help you with that issue as it's a server configuration issue.
Your host have the mem settings way to low for the software you use, they have to set a higher mem value, min 16mb and preferly 32mb of mem available.

They need to make the change in the seervers PHP.ini file.

Check with your host to see what their PHP memory is set at. You can actually see it with a php info page if you'd like to do it yourself. Put this in a php page and access it from your site URL.
<?php
phpinfo
();
?>

If your memory is lower than 16MB then you'll need to ask your host to up it to at least 16. If that is not a problem and your memory is high enough, it may be that your install didn't work and some things had a problem during the package manager install. You'll then need to try the manual install.
How do I manually install TinyPortal

quiksilver

Yea thanks guys! After i set thing to 16 i got the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function tp_loadtheme() in /kunden/185163_34292/webseiten/forum/Sources/Load.php on line 1133

G6Cad

That error indicate you eather have some other theme as your default when you install TP, or that your install went wrong and the codedits to the SMF files didnt apply to the TP code properly.

The out to take now would be
How do I manually install TinyPortal
And to just do a simple check to see if the TP code got added to all files.

FYI:
Forum is back working. TP will be installed later!

Thx for the guys!
