BTW: Uploading the files in one folder in one step would really be easier. But then you would have a subfolder in Themes/default/languages and SMF or TP does not work with that.

Despite the missing TPShout.php the texts in the admin area are translated.

Never mind the TPShout: that file was removed a while ago: I was looking in a test install

And check the package I uploaded for the file transfer : I already changed it

One more note:

you provide two sets of files: utf8 and non-utf8

I installed your package in SMF2.1 (which uses the non-utf8 files) and found that your files are in ANSI encoding. This would actually require that you not use the special characters like "Blöcke", but instead put the strings is with the ANSO codes: "Blöcke"

Recommended: save the non-utf8 files in utf8 encoding then this will not happen...

I didn't know that SMF2.1 still adheres to ANSI / ISO-8859-1. 

Saving the files in utf8 format is not very helpful, because my text editor (Kate) then also changes the German special characters to rhombs with question marks. So the long way over search and replace! Ok ... just five minutes.

Was so free to give it an ID in the package-info. I think it's unique enough!

EDIT:

Now I also managed to upload the packages via manager. To do this, I have edited the language files again on a Windows system. For the utf8 encoded ones the line endings were set to Unix and not to Windows. I also packed them with WinRAR afterwards. 

I'm just wondering if this is due to the package manager or the web server is a bit bitchy?
