Start by going to "Tiny Portal > Panels & Blocks > Panel Tab & SELECT POSITION".

From there you have 6 options:

• Display the blocks vertically(default)
  
• Display the blocks horizontally
  
• Display the blocks in 2 columns
  
• Display the blocks in 3 columns
  
• Display the blocks in 4 columns
  
• Display the blocks according to a grid
