How would you like it to snow on your site and more? Leaves falling for Autumn, bats flying for Halloween, Christmas Lights, or even add your own images!

Yeah it is supposed to be, but it's not working for me either.  (on Ken's site I mean).  ;)

You should/supposed to be able to see the flakes falling down the entire page.

I agree, it's been one of my favourite Christmas themes for a couple of years now.  I use it here, http://guitaristguild.com although I hate it being so narrow, especially when using a portal, so widened it up a bit, and added some extras, lol..

You got the code in a block Ken?  Is the block viewable to guests?
