BlocZone display problem with Helios

When I view BlocZone-Helios I do not see the graphics in the header and footer, see attached. I am using Opera 7.54.

I've attached it because I have stitched together the whole page, top to bottom.

This has something to do with the color chooser for I think, Try turning off the color chooser for now, in Theme settings of the Admin panel. I Had to do the same and I am here to see if I could get help. This does not happen to everyone, but I think this is a MSN explorer issue.  Could I get help with this to? I have to disenable the Color chooser because Microsoft explorers seem to do this to people.

The theme should display somewhat different boxes for IE, that will make it work.But Opera seem to have the same problem...

I have removed that code and made it same in all, does replacing this file help any?
